2007 Corporate Affiliates Meeting 

The annual CS Corporate Affiliates Meeting was held September 11–12, 2007, in Duncan Hall at Rice University.

2007 Meeting Agenda

The meeting featured presentations by:

• Krishna Palem, the Ken and Audrey Kennedy Professor of Computer Science, on "Sustainable Embedded Nanocomputing";
• Vivek Sarkar, the E.D. Butcher Chair in Engineering and professor of computer science, on "The Software Challenge for Multicore Processors"; and
• Moshe Y. Vardi, the Karen Ostrum George Professor in Computational Engineering and professor of computer science, on "Where Have All the IT Jobs Gone? On the Globalization and Offshoring of Software".
